Lacking hero fighter make me purchase both of them but Thamuz steal my heart...
His DPS, mobility, Sustainability is very good or maybe the greatest one.

I just play this hero about 10++ matches

So let's share the Emblem, Spells, Build, any tips & trick for this Lava-Lord Hero,

1. Emblem



At first, I using Tank Emblem for tankiness, This emblem works greatly to boost thamuz defense. Talent 1st ( Extra defense when 40% hp) is great when using his ultimate too.
But now, I using Fighter Emblem ( Festival of Blood) for more damage & sustainability. The Spell Vamp is very great when I already purchase Bloodlust Axe + Wings of Apo...  Talent I choose Defense + Phy Pen / Magres + Phy Pen when I see gusion or selena or harley

2. Spells



This is the hardest one to choose, It between Sprint, inspire, Flicker or maybe Purify.
I using Purify when enemy have cc heroes. Sprint / Inspire is most used one for me.

3. Builds

Thamuz Core Item :


I using this build
Normally - Warrior Boots, Bloodlust axe, Endless Battle / Apo, Athena shield, Brute Breastplate
Vs Gusion etc - Magres Boots, Bloodlust Axe, Athena shield, Endless Battle, Brute Breastplate, APO

Now for the Tips & Trick, I very open to you guys experienced thamuz player to share the tips
From my personal experience :


- Purify is best spellsr to counter some cc heroes like Franco, Guine, Chou, or Ruby.
Those heroes I think is Thamuz worst nightmare. What do you think?

- Always using 1st skill forward when moving. Don't take the scyhte for 30% move spd. THis is very nice to quickly farm & moving to other lane

- Using his ultimate when HP below 70% not in full HP. u know why right

- Don't always jump (using 2nd skill) to any heroes. Save it, & when you see MM / Mage (Backliner) you can jump to them & they will out of position.


I planning to buy the skin, I really love this hero. Can't wait for the ELITE Skin

Thanks! it's rare to see Thamuz users nowadays and players don't know how good Thamuz can be when played right. A very durable and op hero that can withstand all 5 enemies with the right timing and tactics.

I am also a thamuz player myself.
I prefer those core items too.
For me bloodlust, woaq, golden stuff is main.
Other i choose on situation based.

Hi bro... I'm becoming Thamuz user now. After I watched MSC 2019 I realized how powerful, mobile and durable he is. I was trying to practice him for 2 weeks. And now I already known how to play him well, he is very good hero in solo side lane, i prefer to go bot lane and never lose any 1 vs 1 situation even with Haya or Leomord, it isn't problem for me. Unlike other Fighters, Thamuz can shine very early and mid game, Thamuz only die in late game by enemy MM full build. Personally, Thamuz just like a perfect combination version of Alucard and Alice. I use Aegis, I think he doesn't need Sprint, he is fast enough. Aegis helps me 1 vs 3 easily.

Yess. That's why I always keep the 2nd skill to approach MM in backline. No need tu rush for Tank. Thamuz DPS is not high IMO but the dps is scary enough to make MM/Mage retreat LOL

In Late game he is like tanky fighter that help MM / mage to kill the bruiser

Mind to share ur build? esp 3 1st item after boots

Aegis yeah, it really help to tank more damage while stunned but I find Sprint is overall good in any situation, LOL

Sure. Now im gonna share my own build of Thamuz:

Normal Build: Warrior Boots, Bloodust Axe, Endless Battle, Blade of Despair, Demon Wings (Wings of Apocalypse), Immortality

Enemy has 2 mages above: Tough Boots, Bloodust Axe,  Endless Battle, Blade of Despair, Cursed Helmet or Athena's Shield, Immortality

Tank build: Warrior Boots/ Tough Boots, Bloodust Axe, Demon Wings  (Wings of Apocalypse), Blade Amour, Rose Gold Sword, Immortality.


Best Emblem for Thamuz is Fighter second talent, I forget how it called but its shape looks like a circle.

It has attack speed which thamuz need for life steal.
Plus golden stuff passive totally works with thamuz Ultimate.
It was on previous patch note.

Oh my Gosh... I just tried it in 4th item
The lifesteal stack 3 times when golden stuff proc
this is so nice to sustain in 1 v 2 fight
