I topup RM 80 for diamonds. It deduct the credit but i did not received the diamond. Help me

I do it few times as it says mobile billing is not available but after few tries it said my credit was not enough but i did not receive the diamond

Please contact in game customer support as soon as possible.
it is located on the top left corner(blue headset icon) besides your profile avatar.
Go to help>payment problem>payment retrieval form>fill it up>submit.
Please wait for reply. Thanks .

There should be a msg in your bank account about this.
Include that ss as attachment.
