i already contacted my apple support and they said there is no problem with my billing.. What happened and what will I do with this? l havent had any problem purchasing diamonds before, just now.. Im getting “Because your account is in danger, you cant recharged now”

Please contact in game customer support as soon as possible.
Tap on the blue headset icon besides your profile avatar on the top left corner.
Go to help>Payment problem>click on the form>fill it up with proper information like order number and also the screenshot of money receipt>submit.
