so no bloodlust axe, i guess your relying on the endless battle for sustain also, i personally don't think a defence item is needed since you want to keep your distance while playing granger so not much damage should be getting to you unless you get ganked,maybe replace athena with hunters strike because of the damage and cooldown reduction passive might help when kiting with skill 1

i play him as fighter tho...because i rarely use marksman(my main use is Fighter/Tank/Assassin and Lunox XD)
i use emblem fighter with Festival of Blood and upgrade the damage and penetration.
for item i use Cooldown Boots> Bloodlust Axe> Blade of Heptaseas/Malefic Roar> Hunter Strike> 2x Blade of Destruction
i rely on his skills than attack, and use Flicker/Purify(depend on how many CC in enemy team)

but if this build work then i will use it as reference so i don't rely on the skill so much, because if i only depend on skills then when he is crowd controled/aproached then i will freak out XD

what emblem is it? i try to play him with critical build but it still weak, or maybe my gameplay more like fighter because i never use marksman

You can change athena but i guess its usefull in late game. Since he has berserk furry for damage, no need to buy more damage items. Its my opinion. You can try different build

Assassin emblem bro. He is too op, but you need to connect his 6th bulllet on target bcz its deal very high critic daamge.
