so Im basically building cyclops wrong if a build concentrated energy?

I am a cyclops user and i use ce only to lifesteal.
Somehow it is enough for me i guess.

i main him before i got a decent wr on him 60% over 190-230 games.
im 50/50 of the item after his huge nerf. i bought conentrated energy as a 3 item without counting the boots.
