When I test khufra item build I found extra attack damage form disable strike/blade of despair/courage bulwark never increase his skill1 and skill2 damage

It will never increase the damage because his skills are HP-based not physical attack based.

Sure his skill are %HP base but the percentage scaling with attack

It's because of the difference between "Total Physical ATK" and "Extra Physical ATK". Extra physical attack does not include the physical attack stats gained from BoD's unique passive. Not really sure about the other items but that's how it works. I made a video about this but I can't remember the name. :)
