My mastery code dont work, it's downloading but never download. I try  to reinstall game but it's same. Pls help, what to do?

Does this really happens? I completed the mastery for Kaja and I completed 5000/5000, but whenever I play him, he doesn't have the Eagle like emblem.  Post time 2019-3-11 06:12 AM

I told him to contact in game support.
he opened like 4-5 threads.
And keep opening.

In game support don't help. Don't have this treat btw. You must fix this I pay a lot of monEY FOR THIS game. Pls fix this!!!!

have you try this way? @Arhandjel
go to settings > Network Detection > Resources check then check. wait till u get notice "resouce analysis succeeded" then move to cache clearing then click to clean cache. let your app restart and relogin.
check your mastery code if it's still downloading, if yes then try to clear all data, then when login let the ingame download finished first before doing something.

let me know if this issue fixed or not, don't forget to add your info in reply so we can report this as well.
(game id, server id, Device model and Device os)

from what u replied above, you are already contact ingame cs right?
if not then pls report this to them first, if you already do that pls screenshot your conversation with cs and post it here also post your info such as game id, server id, Device model and Device os.

if you want privacy then you can just pm me those info & conversation ss.
