i don't understand the language but i think it has happen to me once its a bug so please contact ingame customer service for the issue and also provide them the ss of it.
you cannot send any skin to friends right.
if this is the case please do as i said.

yes it has happen to me once try and contact ingame cs which is located near your avatar and also tell them about the problem and also attached the ss of the issue.

Then you must have to contact in game cs and explain the situation.
Tap on the blue headset icon on the top left corner besides your profile avatar
Go to account>account problem and fill up the form explaining the situation.
