Error 101/Loading Screen Bug (Bug Data Collection)

Hi guys!

Today will be another Bug Data Collection.

I've heard that some players experienced Error 101 or in other words, getting stuck at loading screen and unable to pass that.

Anyone here experiencing this?

If you are still experiencing this, please select option 1

"Yes, Kadita became Aurora and freezed my loading screen"

If you had experienced it recently but it is now solved, please select option 2

"Yes, Kadita did freeze my loading screen but Valir melted it already"

If you never experienced this, please select option 3

"No, Kadita is still the Queen of the Southern Seas"

I will collect the poll data and submit a formal report to my superiors.

Tbh it's impossible to solve all the problems. But we can solve issues one by one, starting from the most urgent ones such as game breaking bug etc. If we use this kind of mindset to approach our situation, nothing indeed will get done.

That's why I'm taking the first step of action, which is to gather data and to make a formal report so that this get sorted out.

Yes that's the way! I appreciate your work mod. And yes everything starts from scratch... So why not the bugs. This seems so organized and good to me. If we're talking about bugs, then I've faced one or two. I don't know if it's the same as you've mentioned or not, but it makes me exit the match (which some people call CRASH)  . But then I can join the match again. Another one is during hero selection. Then also the game gets crashed.

What i was facing issue with kadita was, her first skill showing 6 direction to cast which is bug or some corrupted data i guess. i did reinstall but didnt play kadita so cant tell if this is happening again or not.

Dang I didn't know Kadita herself got bug too since I never got to play her.....

Anyways bruh this thread is for loading screen bug where players experienced infinite loading; seems like a couple of players have experienced this again.

I see; could you let us know your current device model and OS version? Also, please let us know the frequency of this bug (e.g. 1-2 times a week, 1-2 times a month).
