Need to nerf imbalance char very big damage and stack shield on second spell need to nerf, and ult wtf anywhere using and stay away this ult and cooldown spells wtf.....  and if a collect in cooldown spell item he no have cooldown spell this needed nerf!!!!! Stack shield and there is No damage on it!!!!!

I suppose what you're trying to say is that Harith has too low cooldown, especially on ulti state where he stack a shield every second which make him unkillable and if he does a cooldown build then it's like he has no cooldown at all
I do understand you and suffer with you, fights against him are completely unfair as you can't deal damage at all to him so it's a lose unless he doesn't have ulti ready
He does need a huge nerf because also his passive is damn cancer as he get low cc than other heroes so he can fight back so ez

If i'm not mistaking next update they going to nerf harit passive but idk by how much tho.

About 10% percent decrease or something, I can't remember
I'm tired of raging because of harith and it's ironic how he replaced kimmy in terms of cancer damage
Both of them had their period of glory but peace came again(for now) but still hoping on a huge nerf on harith

Huge nerf wont be acceptable for any hero.
In his ultimate 2nd skill cd become 0 thats his core and unique ability. What can be nerfed is his shield and ultimate cd.
Otherwise he will become like kimmy who is dead now.

True the utl cd and passive need a nerf. But in my country they still ban kimmy like why why do you this she already suffer enough

The only thing that should be nerfed is the amount of shield he takes from an enemy, other than that and maybe a little of his magic power, I want nothing else.
