Layla Emotes Package Bug (Bug Data Collection)

Hi Guys!

Today will be another quick post....

As the title said, any of you here fell victim to Layla's "prank"?

I know I did. She hates me and doesn't allow me to buy her package! :(

For me it happened two times. On the day that the emotes were released, I bought the whole package right away.

However, my diamonds were deducted and there was no emotes. And it says "Item purchase chance used up"

I guess Layla hates me

So I contacted CS in-game and asked them to take her malefic water blaster and smack her left and right

Layla gave up and refunded me the diamonds.... But the package was still shown as "Item purchase chance used up"

So my question is, do any of you faced the same issue like me? If so, please state in the votes below. I will collect the votes and put them into a report in order to solve this once and for all.

For now, you can report to the in-game CS and they will solve it for you individually, because mine got solved twice for this problem.

For those that still haven't receive the diamond refund or still can't purchase the package, please PM me too.

If you still can't purchase the package even after being refunded, please vote 1.

If you faced this bug once and can now purchase the package after your diamonds are refunded, please vote 2.

If you didn't face this bug (and Layla loves you), please vote 3.

Lol i always prank enemy with these emote.
But i never saw enemy doing this.

One time i was gona kill a gatot and didnt know his teammates were on their way he did his second skill and right before i died did the layla emote when she's sticking out her tongue lmao

You nabs I meant "prank" as in like if you bought the package and didn't receive any emotes. Not like "Bleh" emote to the enemy during game LOL!!

I'm trying to collect feedback for this bug
