Hello, to retrieve your account, do contact our CS in-game > retrieve account. Provide all info anad submit. Hope u get your account back.

i do it already already but nothing happens..:is this first time happen..sysytem said when im binding.protocoll error.please contact costumer service

have you tried clicking the "switch account" in profile setting?
if you click that the game will ask you some questions of what skins and what heroes you have in the account you're switching and would ask the amount of diamonds you have in that account.

try it maybe you'll get your account back.
