-Why?

-A boots with lifesteal is very Unique, The only boots that has a Unique Passives are Swift, Tough, Arcane , Sprint, Wizard, Warrior,
Magic and Demon

-There Passives ar Attack Speed, Movement Speed, Magic Penetration, Armor Penetration, Gold on Assist, Cooldown and Mana Regen

My Concept:
I dont know how to make a drawing of what I would I like to draw the design of the boot

+40 Movement Speed
+10 or 15% Lifesteal

Instead of making only for physical heroes.
It should be like 10-15% spell vamp.
So both magical and physical heroes can use that.
But again making this boot will make mm, fighters, mages very strong.

nah. too much for physical heroes. i think more usefull if in boots has mag pen.
there is hasn't phys Pen. so boots with  Phys pen is better than that

+7% hybrid lifesteal. i think that should do the trick
