so i purchased the season pass but i accidentally click it twice. it shows at the email i used that i purchased it twice although in the mobile legends app, i only bought it once. the screenshot indicates that i only used 500 dias. if i purchased it twice it must show i've spent 1000 dias at recharge gift. i used my uncle's credit card. if the remaining 500 was not used yet, i would like to cancel it since it's an accident. i did try the in-app customer service but all i got is connecting to itunes. please i need help ASAP

Do check account balance if it was deducted twice or not, or check through the receipt they sent to your email.

i did, and my uncle said that it was purchased twice. although in my app purchase history as you can see at the screenshot it is still pending
