I paid for my diamonds but i didnt get the item , I checked on payment.google.com but find my payment all declined, but my digi credit still got deducted, then I contacted digi to comfirm the transaction, and they comfirmed it with me, below is the comfirmation given by digi, hope that my problem can be resolved asap

Hello,

Cannyou possibly contact the customers service regarding this issue? Sometimes you also may not grt the diamonds directly but if you waited for am hour or so then its possibly better to comtact the customers service ingame

Whenever i tried to contact the customer service they juz give me some random bots to reply me, thats the reason i post in here

They asked me to send them the google play receipt after 12 hours if i havent get the diamond, the thing is I cant get my google play receipt

Thats a problem, since its proof of the purchase..is there possibly any other proof?

Yea the comfirmation by digi is the proof, or do you want me to get the screenshot of the transaction history by digi?

I would say send everything to the Customers service when they ask for a receipt just give them this..and tell me after if they will resolve the issue..if not then ill check out if there is another way

Thr problem is, forum moderators are just here to assist people and to make sure that people follow the rules here..we cant do much like the customers service can
So ye..u can upload the pics on imgur and give them the link where u uploaded it
