Didnt receive diamonds after payment

I have bought the 2500 diamonds bundle with 475 bonus diamonds, however after payment was made, I did not receive any diamonds at all even though payment was successful

Hello, payments tends to be delayed sometimes. Tho, if it hasn't arrived for a while, please do contact our customer service in-game regarding the paymet. Also, please remove your payment receipt for security purposes.
