Payment with Google Play Credit

Hi,

I just bought a gift card and purchased it on my google play account. The value was 15 euros.  When I try to purchase diamonds it says that I do not have any credit, but the 15 euros appears and I can not select them. I thank you for you help and support.

You already redeemed the gift card right? Have you checked if its exactly 15 euros? They usually add tax (VAT) when purchasing something.

Hi, thanks for your answer. Yes, I have already checked it, it is 15 euros and it is already redeemed. Even I try to buy only 50 diamonds and it still says that I don't have enough credit.
