What I am trying say is the starting tier after rank reset on the start of the season.for etc epic 2=legend 3 to legend 1 and so on.

Exactly. It has both pros and cons.
pros, everyone resets.
cons, for those who are actually epic or gm but might face mythic who dropped to epic.
but eventually they will be raise their tier and it will be ok after 7-10 days after reset.
