Hi mods I hope you're all fine. I'm writing this about the payment that I did half an hour ago...

I make a purchase for 5000 diamonds 2 times... The 1st payment was successful... And I received the gems like usual... Yet when I make the 2nd purchase for that 5000 diamonds... The payment was successful yet didn't receive any gems... Pls do help me

I have the same issue but I am not able to attach the image files, I filled out the entire form but still I can't upload the image

Please do try to reopen the game.. If still not, try clearing ML cache. If still not, restart your phone.

If none works, contact in-game Customer Service and attach those 2 transaction receipts you just made as well as other in-game info.
