Please do something. I'm bored to get just noobs in ranked game. It's useless to report them because they don't get any punishment! That sucks because you win 2 matches and loose 3. I really like this game but I'm sad of losing because idiots who feed! At least do something for ranked matches. My feeling is that you just release new heroes and nerf the older heroes to make ppl to pay more, do something for the gameplay to pls.

The developers are constantly trying to improve the matchmaking and reporting system. We are well aware that it isn't a perfect system. We hope that you can understand that the developers have a lot of different problems to deal with (bugs, matchmaking, reporting, lag, hero balance, etc.), and require time to do so. Please be patient.

Ok, I understand you work on "game balance" but in my opinion the greatest game balance is to not have afk and feeders in your team.
