I am reporting a problem with my account. I bought the April Starlight Membership legally from Codashop and probably (not sure since when) since Tuesday (5/15) the skin (Harley - Royal Magister) went missing.

Here are my account data :
Account ID : 137128695
Account server : 2681
Account name : 【Evil】Chielz°69
Device played on : Samsung Galaxy Jxxx (I don't know exactly)

Already reported via in-game customer service and via customer service email.
I will attach these screenshots below :
1. Payment receipt
2. Account profile before I bought the skin
3. The skin when I just bought it
4. Screenshot that the skin is missing

Have you attached the screenshot of the purchase invoice onto the reports when you reported to CS?

When did you send the reports and have CS replied yet?

Yes... I could only attach one picture so I attached the purchase invoice when I was reporting in-game.

I reported this morning (around 10 a.m.). They haven't replied yet.

Nice; please wait for them to reply, they may take a while (1-2 weeks at most). Most likely shouldn't be any problems with retrieving the skin back if there's no issues on payment and invoice.

That's why I never wanted to buy from a third party, even it's an official partner with MLBB. Better safe than sorry.

Normally CS will be via in-game CS as email CS is prioritised for account related issues like lost/hacked accounts, so be on a look out for the in-game CS.

In the future , refrain from contacting the email CS for any other issues (including payment issues) except for account problems (hacked/lost accounts). Email is only for account issues.

The best way is to purchase the diamonds yourself in the MLBB app itself, but if for any reason that the user prefer to buy it through reseller like codashop;

1. Check that the reseller is verified and official reseller of diamonds
2. Best thing to do is to ask the receiver of the diamonds to purchase it themselves, and do not ask anyone to do it for them (like you helping your friend to purchase it for him in your situation)
3. Keep all purchase invoices for bugs like this scenario (good thing you kept the invoice)

The only way to respond in-game is only via in-game mail, right? Or are there any other ways?

@AufarR Yup; for any issues from bugs to payment problems to missing stars, MLBB in-game CS is the correct protocol to approach. For all accounts issue like lost/hack account(s), it's email CS.  Post time 2018-5-22 03:45 PM
