So when do you guys plan to fix your game?

As you surely have heard over and over and over by now from players from the philippines, a lot of us get lag when facing off against opponents from other countries or those using vpn. All I'm asking for is the option to only get matched up with people fro  your region... is that too much to ask for?

If you're aim was to create a stressfulgame tenyou've surely succeeded. I dont even mind losing or whatnot,as long as i get to enjoy the game, but how can i even enjoy it when it takes forever to respond. Before i knew it im dead and i dnt even know what happened cos it wasnt even shown. It's not fun, it's only stressful when it happens and the thing is, it lasts for the entire match bcos it's not like our opponents can jus teleport to another country.

Did you submit a ticket to in game customer support?
I will also include this to my weekly report.
Please keep in mind that implementing such thing is time consuming and also a lot of works and amounts included.
Officials also need to check possible pro*lity and lots of others things needs to be calculated.

I've tried the ingame costumer support many times but all I've gotten was the automaed response for agginng which tells you about the ways to get rid of it such as reinstalling the game, maybe it's your wifi, etc. Whichh one is the option for submitting tickets?

I have much biggerproblem i cant play the game anymore after upgrading my os to nougat and downloading and installing ml to my new cp i got error that network unavailable, ping was to high where in before i dont have that kind of problem, my speed for globe sim is 39 mbper sec while my wifi is 3mb per 2nd, 3rd i can play the game using sun sim but in my owrk only since sun sim in that location is good, what the hell is wrong with this game????
