You can follow the instructed way, stated by our moderator Xaverine.
Also, if you're too lazy enough to read the thread (Lol.)
You can try and check your internet connection in this site : http://www.speedtest.net/
Press the "Go" Button then wait while the site scans the speed of your Internet Connection if it is either stable or unstable.
Once scanning is complete, copy and paste the results here.
