Red Ping when Foreign Enemy Players

hi. is this the official page of Mobile Legends Philippines? Me and my squadmates are asking you to fix this issue. Everytime we encountered enemy having different flags (foreign players) other than phil flag, we always got RED PING which is fixed to 283ms from the very start of the game into end of the game although before that game, we have a good internet/wifi. Aside that, if we have enemies which are filipino players, we got a green ping (which is good and normal).
This is obviously UNFAIR. We loses stars because of that RED PING (delayed/lag). Why would this happen? is it because everytime we have foreign enemies then the server uses NOT phil server? We suggest to use the phil server all the time to avoid some lags. we greatly appreciate your response. thanks

Did you contact in game service about this issue?
And did you try using vpn?

Please ban vpn users. Even local players in Ph is using vpn to make the game lag. For them to win for us to severely lag and lose. Totally unfair. We don't deserve that. Please fix this asap.
