Tap on the blue headset icon on the top left corner besides google play games or youtube iconGo to help>payment problem
Get payment problem form
Fill it up with screenshot of the deduction of the money
Submit and wait for reply.
Will take 3-9 days depending on the traffic

There should be something in your email. Like reference number or anything.

There should be some references number or something in your email which includes the information about deduction of money. Screenshot that mail. And the mail must have some reference number on it. Copy that to gpa number place.

Please contact the bank. If no proof how can mlbb return your money or diamond? Call them and explain the situation.

Unfortunately my credit telco CELCOM has been deducted twice on 2.14pm today 30.04.2018 malaysia time. I already refer to our telco n they gave me this no. for ur reference.    RM0 Google Correlator ID: g561146042539431636  RM0 Google Correlator ID: g481351565584199252  My phone no. 60199218566 My ml id no. Is 31412382 My ml name is ExAkAtSuKi I bought 2times 50 diamond = 100 My credit has been deducted RM3.90 x 2 = RM7.80  Kindly please refund me back asap. Tq.
