Heya,
So for payment issues, you are to immediately contact the in-game customer service and allow them a solid few days to give a response.
If you're unaware of how to do this, please follow the steps below:
-> Head in the game(Mobile Legends:Bang Bang)
-Once the game loads, you'll be on the normal menu.
-On the top left corner of your screen, you can see three icons - a figure with a headset on, the youtube logo and google play games logo.
-> Tap on the headset icon, which will lead you to the customer service
-> Afterwards, in the customer service section you will see three tabs "Latest news, Account safe and 'HELP'.
-> Tap on 'help', scroll down to the options and click on 'Payment Problem' (Should be the 2nd option)
Follow the guidelines that they provide you, do not hesitate to explain your situation.
