I am reporting two overcharging issues.

1. I have been overcharged £19.99.
I only bought 1000(19.99) and 500(£9.99) diamonds, but I was charged another £19.99 for 1000 diamonds which I never bought and never received anyway. You should be able to see this in my account history. Please explain why this has happened and make an immediate refund.

2. for the 1500 diamond I did buy and receive. I was overcharged 419 diamond for a hero I already own in the past.
What happened was there is a discount of 30% on the 12th of March so I purchased 1500 diamonds and bought Karina (for 419 diamonds) and Lesley (this one has no discount so 599 diamonds) Then your discount store listed Vexana for 419 diamonds, but I actually already have Vexana so the 419 diamonds just disappeared. Could you explain how this could have happened? Why did your system list a hero I I already owned as a purchase option?

Awts. Sad to hear that you have been deducted. But usually you will see that you already owned the hero and that will not allow you anymore to purchase it. Please do report this to our cs section for investigation, if you can also provide some screenshot for proof will be a great help. Pls make sure to include your ign and server and wait patiently for feedback.

btw, I did send an email with screenshots to mobilelegendsgame@gmail.com 3 days ago. But there has been no response yet.

For paymen issues you’ll have to contact the Customers sevice , they will help you out, take note that it will take 3-10 workdays to reply you
If you dont know how to contact the CS,

Start the game —> when you are in the menu you’ll see left on top next to your ingame name a man with a headset tap on it —> chose the option payment problem —> payment issue feedback form

The form asks for the Server and ID number of my account, how do I find that out.
My Account is showing as: 126556018(4209)
Is 4209 my Server and 126556018 my ID?
It also asks for Order number in the format of GPA xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx. But my Order ID in Itunes is MKVH9TZZF
