The 1st app name is "Ping"
And the 2nd app is called "Network Analyzer Pro" which has some advanced function like traceroute, ip finder etc.
This didn't work for me. The last update made mine lag both my accounts (main and smurf). When I go to a lobby my ping is fine but when in game my ping is 195 or worse 282 and it never goes down to green ping. I've been playing since season 3 and this is the first time I experience this kind of lag, so frustrating. I can only play against bots right now, sad.
This is exactly why I wasn't contacting first the ML when it lagged. Thanks for this info, I'll be going back to this thread whenever I've experienced lag again.

Pls see the attached screenshot of ping test of www.mobilelegends.com, connection and all is stable and good. Yet after the last update i've encountered lag spikes from 40-60ish ms to 283+ ms. I have reinstalled the game, cleared cache and data. Still the same problem.
OS: Android 7.1.1
Device model: Asus Zenfone 3 Max (ASUS_X00DDA)
The screenshot is not clear.
Btw it is normal to lag after recent update but only stays 1-2 days.
If more that that please submit bug report to in game customer support. Thanks.

And lag also happens because the game's matchmaking is so good that I team up with players from other country and sometimes continent.
And wait, does ml have a matchmaking system?
