Starlight Skin Not Updated? Still Roger Anubis?

Hi,
i Bought seasonal starlight member last month and i got anubis but i havent got irithel starlight skin this month. instead i have to renew my membership first before i got the irithel skin. i still have 88 days on my starlight member. please help me solve this problem.
