yeah if you open 3 times atleast once your guaranteed to get a skin

I completed it 3 times!! But the guaranteed skin didn't appear which if you ask me is wrong cause it is clrearly said that its GUARANTEED!

I got skin on first pick, but not on second and third. Therefore, the description is wrong.

Hi i think the problem is you might be confuse on the rules during the event. It is true that there is nothing listed in the rules about the same skin receive will turning to fragments but it is an old concept that has been written in the skin gifting window in the shop that the same received skin will turn into fragments.
