Making a seperate server for spanish speakers would be ideal. 95% of my games im playing with spanish people where im unable to communicate effectivaly with them.

i face this kind of problem so often with Indonesian people. What i did was i learned some indo and malay words in order to communicate with them. Now it is very easy. I suggest you do the same. Since you are in the same regional server with them you can communicate with them like i said. Also you can use in game pre-made words to communicate too.
