Payment problems?

I play on a Kindle Fire and downloaded the game through the Amazon Appstore. I made a purchase of diamonds and, being on my amazon tablet, forces me to make purchases through Amazon. My card was charged and I never received my diamonds and the in game customer service chat keeps losing my chat. Are Amazon tablets not supported for purchases?

if you can read the information on the amazon store about purchasing inside MLBB. (I do not have an amazon store so can not see terms of service).
if there is a statement that can make purchases within MLBB, then you have bugs.

I have a payment problem aswell, i did a purchase through the play store. It was 1 € but never recieved the diamonds. I wanted to try it and i lost 1 euro of me bank account and it is 3 weeks ago. This was a confirmation that i never should buy anything again, unless getting those diamonds. What should i do?
