Like seriously?? Lol come on. My name in the game is Suspector. I previously purchased Moskov. Who do I speak to to either give me my money back or give me my character back??

??? No there isn’t a message appearing. It just doesn’t show moskov in my arsenal when I go to play ranked. And here I am with leftover diamonds after the purchase too!! Idk what you want me to take a screenshot of it’s just the same ol’ game without the character I purchased previously. It’s sort of a wtf ruining my day off moment

Does your diamonds shows it's in Negative?

And some or most heroes are grayed out?

Did you receive a mail about Account will be Frozen?

Nope.. nothing and now it’s telling me I can’t update the app unless I put my credit card information in. I’m not paying MORE money for whatever reason this is happening to play this game. I will quit and start back up on league of legends permanently.

When I first ourchased moskov on a gift card it was out of funds so I couldn’t play the game without entering my credit card info. And it’s pretty much doing the same thing when I go to update the app now.. even tho I haven’t purchased anything and also I paid off the moskov debt or whatever so idk... I’m a star member or whatever so this is incredibly annoying and yes moskov is in my classic mode

Are you using an android device? if so... you can just skip that part...

It is Google Play which is asking for the updated billing info in order to update apps... Not Mobile Legend asking payments...

And what is this Gift Card thing you are talking about?

How much diamonds that Moskov cost when you purchased it?

What are you talking about Moskov Debt?

Make us understand properly so that we could check what is the issue...
