Recharged/bought gems but can't claim Freya

I just recharged but I didn't reveived Freya. My account # is 6251107(3012). Please see screenshot where I got gems but Freya is still not available. I checked Events tab but there is no claim buttom for Freya there. What to do? Thanks!

Just check at the top of main screen their is recharge option u have to claim there and after claming a new offer will come. Same happens to me lol
