Recently, i bought a MYR 39.90(500 diamonds) but unfortunately i didn't receive any if the diamonds and my balances for my prepaid have been deducted. Please help me with this issue. When im purchasing the pack its say error and then i check my balances its already been deducted but didn't receive diamonds yet.

For your in-app purchases issue, please submit this to our Customer Service via in-game or email them at mobilelegendsgame@gmail.com, but please take note that it might take them 3-9 working days before they could reply since they have a lot of player queries in their queue

I have buy RM39.90 item. the ammount of payment have been deducted. but i dont received the diamond yet. also dont get invoice from apple via email. please help me!
