Most SEA player change to India Server Via VPN?

Ok, actually I don't really mind this but these few days, I with my squad 5 man team finding a normal rank match on the server. (Our server is SEA) Usually, it took at most 2-3 minutes to find a match. However these few days, it took at least 5-6 minutes normally and can go up to 10 minutes sometimes? I heard most squad from SEA Server now go to INDIA server to play rank, since it is easier? <---- This is what I heard. Most player from mythic rank onwards also plays in India server to get an easy game. I even heard the fanny global now farm his/her MMR in India server (He is from a SEA country)... Disappointing much? Is there any way we can solve this issue.

Should we allow this?

If they does that, they will be the elite that can play the rank game at 200+ms. VPN will make the latency very high.

I completely agree with HahaIsaac you can download VPN from play or app store, but every VPN is not reliable. However, I am using hma VPN.
