So where the hell is my diamond? i buy 2 times at codashop but i dint receive the diamond. I lost my money RM 20 . I BOUGHT TWO FK*NG TIME. YOU KNOW? WHERE THE HELL MY DIAMOND? MAN?

You didn't receive any of those 2? Please contact the customer service in-game then. Please do take note that it might take days for them to reply and they might ask you for some more several information and evidences that will prove that you really bought dias.

Hello, this should be left to a moderator to help. But I feel kinda helpful today. First off all, what is codashop? If it's one of those top up services, you might want to inform the seller or the website. If you bought it via the in-game store, you could report it to moonton via the in-game customer support/service. Haven't personally contact them, so I don't know much. Other than the essentials (IG ID), you may need to include date of purchase, what platform are you on (IOS or Android) and most likely proof of purchase. I recommend you to wait for a mod to reply. Just being helpful here :)

Hello, there are usually some delays in processing the payments. For now, please wait for it. If not, I'm advising you to contact the customer service in-game regarding this problem. Please provide all the necessary information asked and be patient. Thanks! CS in-game usually takes a while before they reply.

Hello BeastK, maybe you've entered wrong ID or the transcation its vaild, please contact Mobile Legends customer services. give your id and post the screenshot from the message in codashop

You will get it if your transaction was successful. Also, like the previous reply said, you have to also make sure that you have entered correctly your User ID and Server ID.
