After i buy 500 diamond package i didnt recieve.. And they deducted me 36.99dirham.. I try again purchase with 50 diamond package its works.. And i try again 50 diamond package.. Now payment unsuccessfull.. Now payment method declined... i cant see in the google order history the 36.99dirham.. But i see the second try 50diamond package purchase. Please help

Its working now i just unbind the google account and bind again.. But what about the amount been deducted to me??? 36.99dirham is a one day salary for me

Hi there, try to see your purchase history and can be refund or not. You'll have to contact your credit card / your provider's CS for assistance of this issue
