Our new hero Yi Sun-shin is now officialavailable on all servers - have you tasted his wrath yet? From afar he is a shooterwith the highest damage, close up he can also deal direct blows to his enemies;definitely a hero that you need to climb up the Rankings!

For those of you who already own him, areyou sure you know how to use him effectively? And if you still haven't got himyet on your roster, maybe you'd like to know how he performs in battle, right?Come to our official forum event and all will be clear!

Event Prizes:

Any Fan Arts submitted related to YiSun-shin, if showcased by our team (no upper limit), each user will alsoreceive a prize of: 200 Tickets

Event Rules:

1. Record battle footage or a highlightreel of you using Yi Sun-shin in MLBB, send us your tips and guides on how tobest use him or his equipment, or send us a drawing of how cool Yi Sun-shinreally is to you; post your masterpiece in the comments section under thisthread;

2. When uploading your artwork, please sendus a screenshot of your in-game Server and ID info, otherwise we will not beable to send you your prize (this can be checked by clicking on your avatarin-game)

3. There is no upper limit to how manyartworks each user can submit, as long as it's awesome!

4. No copying, or posting other user'svideos / guides / pictures. If discovered, you will be stripped of the right tojoin our event; all users should also take the responsibility to protect yourartwork / article from being copied, by always adding your account details whenposting your work;

5. Once submitted your work, you areentered into the event, and at the same time your consent is also automaticallygiven for MLBB official operations team to use your work on other platforms fornon-profit promotional activities;

6. We will be giving preference to theusers with earlier submission times, so please make sure you get yoursubmissions in early below, by posting in the comments section with yourartwork!

Was unlucky to be matched with a bunch of muppets. 2 players afk early in the game and we were losing (no surprise). But in the end I brought victory with Yi Shun-Shin on epic comeback.


Best way to use this hero is just the same as using all other marksman heroes - at a distance, but this hero has better durability than the others of the same class. However at melee range, this hero uses his glaive instead of his bow, and it causes bleeding and slow effect on moving targets. One perk this hero gets is he gets to use his ship stationed next to base periodically. Very high movement speed when you're using the ship.
Skill 1 (One-wave sweep) is useful to jump towards/away from enemies (if you're not using your ship). If you're on your ship this skill causes your ship to rush towards your target and stun him/her.
Skill 2 (Blood Flood) can be powered up by holding the skill the button and released to shoot an arrow that hits all targets within a straight line. If the skill is fully powered up, all targets that are hit will suffer double bleeding effect. Careful not to hold the button for too long though, you can't hold it forever!
Skill 3 (Mountain Shocker) hits ALL enemy heroes in the map that are visible to any allied hero/minion/turret.

As with all heroes, equipments are most essential in determining how strong you can get. I have my own recipe... may not be the best, but so far with Yi Sun-Shin I could achieve 1700+dmg on a critical hit on minions/monsters, 1600+dmg on enemy heroes. Patience is the key.

Tips and Build Guide for Yi Sun-shin (Edited for grammar purposes and added screenshot of ID)

First, we have to understand the hero's passive. It says that melee attacks and ability damages trigger a bleed effect to moving targets. This is very useful in farming up to level faster. Why? If you are constantly in the move while attacking jungle monsters the additional damage makes you farm faster and get back to your lane faster as well to clear minions.

Second is about the ability line up. You need to max 2nd skill as soon as its available. Then max your ultimate as soon as its available then last is the first skill. The damage output on your first is higher compared to your first skill and the range is very useful in cleaning up or harassing.

Start out with 2nd skill on level 1 and get attack speed item. This will make minion clearing and farming faster.

Tips on gameplay:

Since you can move freely while powering up the second skill you can manuever your position to where it is safer but still be able to hit the target. You can use this to clear minion waves just make sure that all of them gets hit since the arrow pierces through all target in a line.

Use first skill to reposition yourself. If enemy is low on health and you need to dash use second and target it away from the position you want to run to to dash successfully. You can use it to escape. Jungle escape is quite easy too just use correct timing on when to leap against terrains.

Always remember to keep on a lookout on the map. Map awareness is key to your victory. Once the ultimate is available, keep on an eye to your teammates, go back to safe place a bit then check map. If you see a clash use ultimate and this can really help your teammates. Its for added damage and they can use this to escape as well if they are in a disadvantage.

On teamfights, Yi is a bit squishy much like other marksmen. So let your tank go in first together with your melee teammates. Then position yourself wherein youre safe from direct damage and start hacking to enemies health bars. 2nd skill should be used to teamfights to add damage and the ultimate is deadlier on enemies who are clumped together. Multiple hits from ultimate adds passive bleed and is harder to dodge if the marks are close to each other.

So thats it! This is my tips and gameplay guide for our new hero Yi Sun-shin!I also attached my adjusted build set here in my comment.They all go well with each other dealing pretty high damage per basic attack relying on crit strikes and on hit effects. Hope you like it!
