Hi, when i try to buy diamond, when i click on the image "500diamonds" it says to me "purchase failed", i've tried to bound my account with antoher mail adress or clear data but still the same so i can't purchase any diamonds.

Someone can help me please ?

Are you using a credit card? Most player experiencing this has insufficient balance for tax. Make sure that you allot extra balance for the tax to occur. If error still persists, kindly reply with the steps you have done. Thanks!
