Though, it might take a while for them to reply as there's lots of ongoing queries, but rest assured that they'll be able to help you out. Mods can't do anything about those sort of stuffs I believe. The customer service in-game can be seen in the lobby, in the upper-left corner, you'll see an icon that looks like a human there. Tap it.
