Connection problem

3 times of kicking me out before i start the game the. The ping is too high. -1 ms for network connection.i dont understand even theres no problem with our internet connection.im starting to hate your bug issues.and according to the update you will continue to give heroes but it did not happen...

Sorry for the inconvenience. Have you tried the basic troubleshooting steps? Try using wifi for better stable connection.  If it still persists, you need to contact customer service in-game, they will be able to help you out. Thanks.

Sometimes, our Ping is not the best basis in the connection. try to check your opened applications in your phone and turn off the those apps that uses internet connection so Mobile Legends can have your phone's fullest internet that can get. To give you further info, kindly check your phone's specs that maybe affecting the whole process. Thank you!
