Does FB Friends need add manual and wait 7 days fot gift skin?

I want to send skin to my FB friends, but his name not listed in gift skin friends. So add him manually and synchrone Fb friends and now he listed in gift skin friend. But I have to wait 7 days to gift him skin. I already friends with him in game more than 7 days

But, yes, you have to be friend as a friend In-Game for 7 days to gift skin^^

If they are your FB friends already, you have to either... Delete them from your FB, then go in game and add them as friends.
OR
You can unbind your facebook, then add them as in game friends. then bind back.

Why need wait 7 days? Facebook friends cannot be sent skins.

Tbh, I dont understand why it needs to be like that.
But that was the rules for the gifting skin.
