Hi....why i cant download the Resources using mobile data connection?

You're using Mobile Data that's why. Mobile Data is not really good at downloading anything. Use WiFi instead.

Hello Pal1432, try going to your settings and check your update setting. That might be the one affecting it, it may be ticked in "Only in WiFi environment." If not, then try downloading it with WiFi connection or maybe your data connection is not enough to download the resources. Tell me if this helps.
