Already Recharge diamonds but Freya didn't get.

Hi,
Please solve my issue. I top up diamomds to get freya.but after payment was successfully done i look on freya to get a hero but the problem is the recharge any amount.. It was done recharge no changes. I didn't get freya. Please help.

Could you provide a screenshot of your transaction showing successful payment as well as Freya in the shop? I believe the moderators will look into it.

Me too. I have the same problem.

I have got my 11 diamonds but can not get freya. I went to event hall but there is no option to claim freya.

Normally if you have paid at least the 50 diamonds one, it will automatically give you the rewards (with your notice ofcourse) unless they have changed it then check the events hall one more time.

Like what aidanjosh said, it's best if you could provide us a screenshot.

My friends only top up 11diamonds but they can still get freya.

Lol i am planning to buy diamonds to get freya and one other hero. But,by seeing this, I guess i gotta wiat and see what it will turns out. Freya or No Freya. Lol

Try to download the game from the codashop appstore/playstore link.

It happened to me and when Downloaded the game this way, I was able to get freya.
You don't need to uninstall the current version that you have, what happened to me is that I got 2 ML app installed in my phone. Then after got Freya I then uninstall the 2nd ML app.
