This has happened on many occasions where I’ll be falsely reported for whatever reason and I’m punished. Is there no way for this to stop? The picture is just one of the many incidents where this has happened. I know it’s not a big deal punishment wise but can this be fixed?

It happens all the time. Get used to it. The points are easy to earn back anyway.
