I get a verification mail with no text in it. When I login it says Moonton account is not confirmed.

When I registered for a Moonton Account everything was fine, I got the verification email and all but when I went into game, it didn't give me my 200 tickets reward, I've tried restarting the game, unbinding and rebinding the account but it still doesn't work, and when I try to re-log it in, it keeps saying that it cannot be changed because it's been binded in-game already. Please help me.
