Lagging issue

Hi, I kept facing lagging issue while playing Rank game n Classics mode. I tried to restart my phone n check my wifi was working fine. Even when I play with my friends they also felt that too.  I had heard from my Friends telling me that maybe others played is using cheat, I’m not sure so I went online to find out, which what was told to me is when player using cheat we will have lagging or connection issues. Is that true?

Well not always. Servers are pretty overload lately which can cause alot lag issues, but yes, I heard that if someone in game using cheats in game then everyone will lag. You should take screenshot of the battle results (make sure the battle ID is visible) and send to customer service in game.
