Hi does anyone experienced disconnected during the game and you cannot reconnect even thou you have a stable connection?

Tried:
•Restart the game -not working
•Refresh connection -not working
•IOS user here

But havent tried reinstalling the game, im afraid. I might loose my game profile especially i already have 44 characters.

1)What country are you from?
2)Are you using ios version 11?
3)What device model are you using?4)Did you check the app store for any updates on ML?
