I use the memu player, a few days it often lag when it entered the war, so the credit score is reduced, this is not my will, this is not fair

please fix the server, it can not be that the third game has lag and not be on the internet. I am from Argentina and the experience of the game is disgusting and unpleasant to lock so much, besides I am notified and I remove points per afk. The game is very good and not very heavy, please fix the server. Thanks greetings.
